Job title – Case Manager
We are looking for a new starter to join our small, family run, legal practice. The position, as Case Manager, is to handle new claim enquiries, to enter the details of each potential case into our online case management system and to act as a liaison between clients and solicitors. A good level of computer / IT literacy is therefore essential.
You must be vigilant with your time management and have similar experience working within an administrative capacity. You will be the client’s first point of contact and we looking for someone who has an open and friendly way of communicating, is personable at all times and is able to deal with potentially difficult clients. You also need to be able to deal with the pressures of a high volume of calls and email enquiries and work efficiently whilst still maintaining a high quality of work.
Good English, grammar and writing skills are essential. Some legal experience is preferable but not essential. Basic salary with commission.
